Update - November 2024: When the cupola on top of my garage was blown off by the remnants of Hurricane Helene, Joe Haskamp sent one of his guys to put it back on free of charge! It was a quick and easy fix, but it stood out to me as a huge courtesy given that Joe reached out to ME after learning from my neighbor of the damage; I hadn't even placed a call to Roofing for Troops. Joe Haskamp, the owner, was always professional and courteous, and he communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I understood the insurance claim process, the timeline, and other pertinent information.
